You also agree that we will not take down the video once the video is published. By making the payment you are bound by all the terms and conditions of SoilCup.com. You do not get any refund if you get the business promotion video made from us for including it in the interview as an ad.

Use of your Logo

You hereby authorise us to use your logo, business name and other details that you send us on the mail or even WhatsApp in the said video (of the interviewee) on our channel as a part of iSupport initiative.

Choice of interview

As the spirit of asking for support is to help the micro and small entrepreneurs. We cannot give you a choice of interview to be supported. The next in line would get the support. The next in line here means the next video that we are going to work on. This will work on complete understanding and trust.

Cash Dealings

We do not deal in cash at all and we do not take any responsibility for any of your cash dealings with anybody posing to be our representative or our partner in progress. Even if the person is coordinating on our behalf, we do not approve of any cash dealings in the past or present or even in future.

Your Right To Know

We will share the unlisted video for you to see before the video gets published. It will have your branding. We will take your advice on the design or placement of your message or logo etc. Hope you understand, your message or logo etc is a support and not the main theme,

Explanation of Working on the presentation of the video.

We coordinate with the prospective interviewee and collect the raw material in terms of raw footage. We at times receive multiple videos (up to the tune of 10-20 videos per interviewee). We have to download these videos so there is an internet cost involved. We then work on editing and stitching the video, there is a time-cost involved. We also ask the interviewees to send their logo, images. We create their logo animation and image transitions. All this involves the use of all the legal software and a huge time-cost is involved. 

Your Legal Rights

Once you pay us the money to work on the presentation of the video which involves mentioning your business name, logo animation and entering of the valid details about your business. After we publish the video, you lose all legal rights to create any kind of dispute.

Release Of The Ad In Interviews

There is no deadline to release the video. It will be done as and when we have the interviews lined up.

Point of contact

You hereby confirm that you are the only point of contact from your business and that later nobody is authorised to get-in-touch with us for any kind of confrontation or dispute.

Compulsory GST Invoice

We will send you the GST invoice. The item mentioned in the invoice will be “iSupport Creatives”. The amount charged is for the creative work we do and the time involved.
